PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
You can use the following payment options:
- Payment by card (Visa / Mastercard)
Upon confirming your order by clicking the “place order” button you will be automatically taken to the page of online payment. The authorization page contains the card number, cardholder’s name, card expiration date, card verification number (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). Payment is complete within a few minutes. After payment, you will receive a confirmation letter with all the delivery details and a receipt by e-mail.
Payments are made by safe secure protocol directly in the processing center of the payment system paynet, which is reliable protects Personal Information. The online store does not receive or store credit card information. - Cash on delivery by courier service This payment method is available in Chisinau city (Republic of Moldova).
Please take into consideration that it takes 3-5 business days to create the item if it is not available in our stock.
- Domestic delivery
Orders are shipped to Moldavian addresses via Nova Poshta Moldova (1-2 working days). Delivery through the Republic of Moldova costs 75 MDL. - International Delivery
We cooperate with Posta Moldovei. Shipping costs constitute 15 EURO. The delivery period constitutes from 7 to 12 business days (depending on the region). *Please, note that due to the epidemiological situation in the world delivery companies are working with an increased overload. Delivery and return periods may be extended.
